The estate offers five beautifully themed and appointed rooms. Rates below are per night and do not include Washington State sales tax.

     Rooms & Rates:

  • $195 - Single Occupancy [view / info]
      *Excluding Bayside Suite
  • $225 - Double Occupancy [view / info]
  • $365 - Bayside Suite [view / info]
  • $35 - Rollaway bed per night.
     Policies:
  • No minimum stay required (exception: three-day minimum stay on holiday weekends).
  • Check-in time is 2:30 P.M. (may be earlier if room is available).
  • Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
  • First night deposit is required at time of booking.
  • Refund policy — refundable if cancellation is received seven days prior to scheduled stay.
  • Green Gables Edgewater B&B suites and grounds are for registered guests ONLY - if friends or family members would like to tour the facility they are welcome; however, to stay and socialize we make no exceptions.
  • Insurance regulations do not allow the use of candles in our facility.
     Children & Pets:
  • No pets allowed.
  • Children over 12 years old welcome - younger children by arrangement only.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas (a quiet cigar or pipe on one of the patios or deck is fine).
